RATES & DEPOSITS

Prices are subject to change due to changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and room types. All rates are given in Euros. The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room types. Please check your room type descriptions for details. Children 12 years of age and older remain adults. Room rates include 8 percent VAT. 

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, the amount stated on the booking confirmation page or in the email. Debit cards are not accepted. Exchange rates apply at the time of booking, but are subject to currency fluctuations and may be billed at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay. Please note that all rates given on the website are in Euros. The name on your credit card must match the name on your booking. Otherwise, please note that your booking will not be guaranteed and may potentially be cancelled.

Please note that the credit card must be presented upon check-in, along with a valid photo ID of the cardholder and registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, your credit card will be pre-authorized to ensure that there is enough money available to cover all of your accommodation. In the event that the credit card is declined, invalid or no credit card is presented, another form of payment will be required or the booking may be cancelled without notice.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 15:00 at the earliest, Check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. You must be at least 18 years old or stay with your parents to check in and register for a room. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.

If you arrive at the hotel before the normal check-in time, it is recommended that you contact the Hotel Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. For early check-in, an early check-in fee of 50 percent of your daily fee will apply. Early check-in is only available upon request, subject to room availability and occupancy levels. For early check-in requests, please contact the Hotel prior to your arrival.

For late check-out requests, please inquire about late check-out availability with the Hotel Front Desk - Reception at least 24 hours before departure. A half-day room fee may be charged for late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00, and a full-day room fee may be charged for late check-out after 18:00.

SMOKING POLICY

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors by local law. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further acknowledge and agree that your stay will be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay if the reservation is accepted by you. It has the right to change, amend and/or otherwise amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The booking and the terms and conditions set forth herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

We declare and undertake that the confidentiality of your personal information is important to us and will not be shared with third parties, institutions or organizations other than legally authorized persons. All links and their contents on our site are the responsibility of the site owners, the privacy rules are determined by their own privacy policies.
